Passionate about working with pastels, watercolor, acrylic, creating abstract and contemporary works. Also love sculpting stone clay and Photography.
Studied all forms of art at the Austin Museum of Art, Austin Community College, Santa Barbara City College, worked with several mentors in painting and sculpture.
Have participated in shows and guilds in Austin, Palacios, Matagorta, Rockport, Houston, Clear Lake, Kemah TX. Santa Barbara CA,Carpinteria CA. Ventura Ca. Bell Arts Factory Studio 77. Currently have my work showing in Santa Barbara Ca. Ventura Ca. and Rockport TX. Currently Living in Tucson, AZ., working out of my studio. Cell # 512-657-9637
I am currently working with Photography, Pastels/Acrylics and find my creative energy is coming from sources developed from my varied experiences from travels all over this planet in many arenas and circumstances. Travels for pleasure, sailing the seven seas, historical journeys, spiritual quest and military experiences and I am now a Cancer Survivor and find new insights and energy resources to draw from.
I am an Honorable Veteran, served in the Viet-Nam war, serving in the combat zones in 1967/1968. I draw creative energy from these experiences too.
My business life had many wonderful adventures in many fields of interest and extensive travels. Working with Photography, creating Professional Portfolios, with Major corporations, Small businesses, Partnerships, and Self owned enterprises in Retail/Sales Management, Oil/Energy interest, Public Speaking, Education and training markets, Financial planning and Insurance sales and management.
